What is Website Maintenance?

Website maintenance includes revising, editing, or otherwise changing existing web pages to keep your website up to date. The periodic addition of new web pages is also part of maintenance services.

If you believe you will be making regular changes to your website over time, you can save money by purchasing a website maintenance contract. A maintenance contract is for a minimum 3 month  term, payable monthly and is non-refundable. The monthly charge for maintenance is based on the size  and complexity of your website at the time the contract is signed. A maintenance contract allows you to update an online newsletter, to highlight different services on a rotating basis, or to promote time sensitive programs, services or workshops, update a shopping cart and more!

Websites are not intended to be static. The value of a  website is the ability to maintain current information online at a reasonable cost. We assume that you will want to revise some or all of your web pages over time, as well as adding additional web pages according to your business needs. To assist you in maintaining current information online, we offer several options for website maintenance.

Under our maintenance contract, you are entitled to make an unlimited number of text revisions to existing web pages. This can also  includes redesigning web pages, or adding, deleting or editing graphics on the web pages.  Adding new Modules and "Bells and Whistles"
Please Note, You as the customer, are responsible for proofing all content and insuring that any image use  or copyright infringement is at  your responsibility.

Due to the large number of Telephone support calls I am receiving, Phone consultations  time will be included in the maintainence contract.

If you would like an Analysis of Google Hits and keywords (up to 1/2 hour per month can  also be  included, as well as a detailed statistics print out of your websites hits and other stats.

Monthly Maintenance  Contract  $100    
Includes up to 3 hours of maintenance each month.
This is a 30% discount from normal hourly rates, this plan also includes
"roll - over" minutes from month to month.

Hourly Rate     $ 50    
A minimum maintenance fee of $15.00 for 1/4 hour or less.


We offer a quick turnaround on website maintenance. Updates are usually completed within 24 hours (except holidays and weekends)
